Look carefully at the centre of the picture and you’ll find Foxhole Rigg Barn Cottage, surrounded by plenty of open fellside for your dogs and with easy access to the Howgills, Yorkshire Dales or Eastern Lake District. For quieter walks why not meander along the Eden and Lune valleys.
There’s a sitting area on the grass in front of the Barn, offering total privacy and seclusion. You may even see deer and curlew among the many wildflowers in the traditionally farmed meadow.
Cottage-style accommodation is available for up to four guests, with a comfortable sitting and dining area, and two bedrooms, each ensuite with twin beds. Ingredients for continental breakfast are provided, and there are cooking facilities, central heating and a small television.

We have 3 four star cottages located in the beautiful North York Moors village of Hutton le Hole. Hutton le Hole is conveniently located for Moors, Coast and the City of York. Heather, Moorland and Byre Cottage sleep 5, 4 and 3 people respectively in 2 bedroomed cottages. The cottages have been renovated to a high standard in full over the past 3 years. We will happily take up to 2 dogs in each cottage but have been known to take 3 with some discretion. We have a paddock on site for your dogs with many walks also on our doorstep. Welcome to North East Coastal Cottages
Situated on the fabulous Northumberland coastline, all of our cottages are convenient for all of the attractions on offer in the area.
We currently offer a choice of 27 properties ranging from cottages to apartments and offering 1-4 bedrooms which sleep between 2-11 people. They are located in Beadnell, Seahouses and Embleton. All are within very easy walking distance of our glorious dog friendly beaches.
Our properties vary from the very modern and minimalist to traditional fishermen's cottages and barn conversions.
